Size: 4". This IC-rated 4" new construction incandescent ceiling light housing is engineered for easy installation in ceilings up to 1-3/4" thick and features an integrated Air-Loc gasket to minimize air leakage and help reduce heating and cooling costs. Its galvanized steel mounting frame includes Real Nail 3 telescoping bar hangers Quick-Loc slots and locking screws for fast secure placement while a prewired junction box with multiple knockouts and push-in electrical connectors simplifies wiring. The medium base E26 porcelain socket accepts a range of incandescent lamps and the unit supports through-branch wiring; it is UL and CSA listed and damp location rated and compatible trims are wet location approved for covered ceilings when used with outdoor rated lamps.
