The cabin is 12 ft by 24 ft . It sits on 6x6 fir skids. Exterior and interior is made out of 1x6 tongue and groove pine. Exterior is stained. It is completely insulated (R24 attic, R22 floor and R14 walls) and wired with an electrical panel. There is a 30 amp male plug outside provided for a generator.
