ATTENTION - DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW Bid on 50 lots of ANTIQUE, VINTAGE STERLING SILVER COSTUME ESTATE JEWELRY including a variety of materials & manufacturers including: MORE ITEMS TO BE ADDED SOON. GUIDELINES SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS SALE: 1) All antique, vintage and contemporary costume jewelry items from this estate sale auction are from a variety of consignments of deceased & retired seniors homes. 2) Any items from this auction that we feel can be shipped, at buyers expense, will be marked. 3) All items will be picked up in Cheektowaga, NY unless special accommodations are made. 4) The pick-up location has ample parking. 5) This pick-up location is on a quiet street with a 30 mph speed limit. 6) The auction will close three (3) lots every minute. 7) Pickup times will accommodate only one (1) or two (2) buyers every 15 minutes. 8) Fall pick-up days will be on Saturday, September 05, 2026 from 10:00 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST in Cheektowaga, NY. 9) Any smaller items that are not picked up by Saturday, September 05, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST [may] need to be donated and absolutely no refunds will be issued this does not pertain to items to be shipped. GUIDELINES CONSISTENT IN ALL OF OUR SALES: 1) The larger white postcards that we use as reference identifiers (L x W) are 8 inches wide x 5 inches tall. 2) The smaller postcards that we use as dimension identifiers (L x W) are 5 inches wide x 3 inches tall. 2a) The tiny lined colored cards that we use as dimension identifiers (L x W) are 2.5 inches wide x 3 inches tall 3) Descriptions that include five (5) dollar signs $$$$$ represent items that are valued at more than $100.00 or have sold online for at least this amount. 4) All local & out-of-state buyers need to ask questions before you bid. 5) Base your bids on the photos as some items appear to be new but may not be. 6) We do guarantee that any of the glassware being sold has been checked for chips, cracks, etc and noted in photos. 7) There are no guarantees of any of the above items to be working unless noted in the description. 8) Everything is being sold in as-found condition. 9) Most of the items have been professionally boxed, bagged, wrapped or placed in our Andrews Estate Service trays for easy pickup. 10) There is NO need to bring boxes and/or packing material. 11) If you have medical issues or recently have had surgery please bring assistance NO additional FREE help will be provided. 12) There are absolutely NO lavatory OR toilet facilities available. 13) Buyers must provide moving & loading assistance for all large furniture. 14) We strongly suggest using the waze.com GPS direction application. 15) If you are using an older GPS unit, we suggest that you upgrade your software. 16) Buyers must provide moving & loading assistance, bring proper equipment, hand trucks & moving dollies with straps to move any and all appliances and/or pieces of furniture, tools & appliances. 17) Andrews Estate Service w
