PICKUP AND REMOVAL PICKUP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Doors are closed all day on Sundays. We do not hold open hours for buyers without an appointment. SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT Email [email protected] to request your pickup appointment by no later than 5:00 PM CST on the FRIDAY after the auction sale date. Include your name, bidder number, invoice number, and the days and times that work for you. Requests made after 5:00 PM CST Friday are subject to a $50.00 scheduling fee, and your pickup will be coordinated around our availability rather than yours. REMOVAL DEADLINE ALL PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED BY 4:30 PM CST ON THE TUESDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION SALE DATE unless other arrangements are made with us in writing. Nothing is released until the full purchase price and all applicable taxes have been received and cleared. There is no removal of any property until the entire auction is complete. STORAGE AND ABANDONED PROPERTY Property not removed by the removal deadline accrues a storage charge of $25.00 per item, per day, payable before release. If property remains more than 15 days after the removal deadline, we will send written notice to your registered email and mailing address stating the amount owed and a removal deadline not less than 10 days from the date of that notice. If the property is not removed and all charges paid by that deadline, it is deemed abandoned and we may resell or dispose of it, apply the proceeds to storage charges and costs, and remit any surplus to you. LOADING AND TRANSPORT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY We do not pack, ship, store, crate, or rig items for removal. NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED. All lifting, towing, hauling, and transportation is the buyer's sole responsibility, including any tear down required to move the property. Bring the equipment and help you need. Plan for the size of what you bought. SENDING SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP You may use a third party agent. Before we release anything to that person, they must provide: 1. Proof of payment in full (paid in full invoice), AND 2. Either a signed Agent Release Authorization form, or a copy of photo identification matching the buyer's name. No exceptions. If we cannot verify who is taking the property, it does not leave. CONDITION OF THE PREMISES Buyers are responsible for restoring and repairing any real or personal property altered or damaged during removal. We have no responsibility to disconnect utilities, including electric, gas, waste, and water lines. Buyers are solely responsible for properly removing and containing all fluids, oils, and hazardous materials from the property purchased. By taking possession, the buyer indemnifies Top Auctioneers, LLC, the Seller, the Consignor, and the owner of the premises against all claims, damages, and losses arising from the buyer's actions and presence on the premises, including injury to persons or property and environmental violations.
