A vintage figural chess set, likely of Mexican manufacture, dating to the mid-20th century. The set is composed of a crushed stone and resin composite, representing Spanish Conquistadors in an antiqued white finish against Aztec figures in a faux turquoise mosaic finish. Pieces include representations of Spanish royalty and soldiers, and Aztec royalty and warriors, with rooks shaped as castles and pyramids respectively, all with red felted bases.

Aztec Spanish Conquistador Chess Set Mexican Vintage Resin Malachite Turquoise Board Game

Dust Factory Auctions offers antique and vintage items that proudly display the natural signs of their age and previous use.
