SHIPPING In-house shipping offered on select lots only (as marked). Handling fee per lot: $5 plus actual carrier charges. Insurance required for fragile or valuable items, and will be included in shipping charges. Out of state bidders will automatically be shipped. Oversized, fragile, or restricted items may be “Local Pickup Only.” We are not responsible for carrier delays or damage once shipped; claims must be filed with the carrier. We will assist with documentation. PAYMENT Credit card only. The card on file will be charged automatically within 24 hours after the auction ends. All invoices must be fully paid before pickup. No cash payments at pickup. INSPECTION / PREVIEW No in-person preview for this sale. Please review photos and descriptions carefully and ask questions before bidding. CONDITION All lots sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS.” No returns. We describe major issues when known; however, absence of a defect note does not imply perfect condition. We are not responsible for carrier delays or damage once shipped; claims must be filed with the carrier. We will assist with documentation. ABANDONMENT & STORAGE Items not picked up or scheduled for shipment within 7 calendar days of pickup date are subject to storage fees of $5 per day. Items unclaimed after 14 days are considered abandoned without refund and may be resold. DISPUTES ROC Curiosities LLC reserves the right to cancel bids, re-lot, or refuse service at its discretion.
