IN-STORE PICK-UP TRANSFER FEES FOR IN-STORE PICK-UP: $35 for one firearm + $20 for each additional FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS SALE OF LONG GUNS (SHOTGUNS & RIFLES ONLY): Purchaser must be 18 years of age or older and able to legally purchase a firearm. An in-store FBI background check will be completed at time of pick-up unless purchaser provides a valid NC Concealed Carry Permit, in which the background check is waived. Any persons under the age of 21: There is a minimum waiting period of 10 business days/14 calendar days for the background check. SALE OF HANDGUNS (PISTOLS, REVOLVERS, RECEIVERS, & OTHER): Purchaser must be 21 years of age or older and able to legally purchase a firearm, and must be a North Carolina Resident. An in-store FBI background check will be completed at time of pick-up unless purchaser provides a valid NC Concealed Carry Permit, in which the background check is waived. PLEASE NOTE: An instant reply from the FBI is NOT guaranteed and there is a possibility of a waiting period that may extend up to a maximum of 6 calendar days. SHIPPING OF FIREARMS SHIPPING COSTS (SHIPPING INSURANCE NOT INCLUDED): $45.00 for one Handgun PLUS $20.00 per additional handgun (excludes larger pistols such as AR/AK style pistols) ($75 + $30 if shipped to AK, HI, & PR) $60.00 for one Long Gun PLUS $20.00 per additional long gun ($100 + 30 if shipped to AK, HI, & PR) *Shipping insurance available for an additional fee based on amount of insurance needed.* OUT-OF-STATE PURCHASES:Firearms must be shipped directly to an FFL and not the individual.
