This decorative headpiece features a fan-style arrangement of synthetic, multi-colored feathers including red, yellow, blue, orange, and green. The base of the fan component includes a band with silver-toned geometric accents and white fluffy trim. Attached to the side of the headpiece are two long, thick black braided fabric tails, finished with frayed tassel ends at the bottom.
