For the guns: -You have to be 18 years or older to purchase a long gun. -You have to be 21 years or older to purchase a hand gun. -You will need to provide a License in order to complete the purchase of your gun. -ALL guns will go through a FFL Dealer if being SHIPPED or you are an Out of State Buyer Ammunition: -You must be 18 years or older to purchase -You will need to provide a License in order to complete the purchase of your gun. -Ammo is listed at so many times the money. So if it says 2 X the money, you are paying double what you are bidding for that lot. FFL Dealer by Charger Arms (520 Topeka Ave Lyndon, KS 66451): - ALL guns will be cleared and shipped by Dealer approximately 1 week following Auction Day. - FFL Dealer Fees are $30 per buyer - FFL Dealer Shipping Fees are $30 per gun -You will NEED to tell the Auction staff if you need these shipped at the conclusion of the Auction.
