Rare 1983 Washington Quarter with Double Strike Error. The mint mark is hidden. What a thrill to sell this most unusual coin. The quarter is from Estate of Jimmy T Rickman Michie, Tennessee. Mr Rickman was in the banking business for about 50 years and retired as president of Home Banking Company, Selmer, Tennessee. Condition - Ungraded. See Photos
