As-is where-is UPDATE: A wind storm went through the place where the building is located and tore a majority of the top off. But as stated there is a brand new top worth 6000 in a temperature controlled building. Also n one of the pictures you will see extra pieces that can fix any poles or bolts that need to be replaced. Above we will add some pictures of what it looks like now. Still a great buy for just the brand new top!! With the old top almost off it will make taking down a lot easier!!! Buyer is responsible for safely disassembling, loading and transportation of the entire shed. Buyer is responsible for supplying all tools, labor and equipment necessary to remove the shed. Buyer is responsible for removing the shed by October 4 2026. The safely disassembling, loading and transportation of the entire shed must be completed within 3 days or less of when it is started. Buyer must provide at least 1 weeks notice prior to the start of the removal process shed comes with brand new cover that is still in the box as shown in pictures The cover that is brand new in the box is worth over $6000
