This rare lamp base from the 1800s is crafted from uranium glass, notable for its green glow under UV light. The piece features a fluted pattern and a scalloped edge, w/what appears to be a brass mount at the top for securing a lamp fixture. Only found one tiny chip is on the base, as pictured. The condition is consistent w/age. This is a desirable item for collectors of historical glassware or uranium glass. Sells as is, condition is consistent w/age.
