Two white ceramic oval serving platters by Metlox of California, USA, each bearing the impressed maker's mark reading Metlox Calif USA on the underside. The platters measure approximately 17 by 12 inches and 15 by 10.75 inches, with a smooth glazed surface and a recessed oval well. One platter carries a hand painted holly sprig and a gift dedication reading from Becky, Chris and family dated 1987. Both platters show light surface crazing and minor wear consistent with age and use, with no chipsor cracks noted. Overall very good condition and well suited to holiday or everyday serving.
