Set of two hand thrown studio stoneware vessels. The first is a brown bud vase with a flared rim and horizontal combed and stippled bands around the shoulder, standing approximately 7.5 inches tall. The second is a tall cylindrical vase with a blue and gray ash glaze breaking over a warm reddish brown clay body, measuring approximately 10.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches in diameter, with a speckled blue glazed interior. The taller vessel is incised with an artist monogram on the base. Both are in very good condition with minor glaze variation from the making process.
