This lot comprises three United States Proof Sets issued by the United States Mint for the years 1978, 1979, and 1980, each housed in its original black and red display case. Every set contains six proof coins, namely the Lincoln cent, Jefferson nickel, Roosevelt dime, Washington quarter, and Kennedy half dollar, with the 1978 set including the Eisenhower dollar and the 1979 and 1980 sets including the Susan B. Anthony dollar. The 1978 set retains its original San Francisco mailing envelope withorder documentation. The coins show frosted proof surfaces and the outer cases display light general handling wear. Estimated Value: $18 to $35 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is.
