Two Reed and Barton silverplate pieces. The first is a round covered serving dish with a domed lid topped by a decorative rope-twist ring finial and finished with a gadroon beaded rim, measuring about 10.5 inches in diameter. The second is a footed Paul Revere style bowl standing approximately 5 inches tall and about 6 inches in diameter, with its underside marked Reed and Barton 105. Both pieces show heavy tarnish with rainbow and dark discoloration as well as surface scratches consistent withage and storage. Condition is fair to good and structurally sound; both would benefit from polishing to restore their shine. Estimated Value: $25 to $45 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is.
