This photomechanical offset lithograph after a watercolor by John Newby depicts a youth hockey scene. The artwork features a young player on the ice in a white jersey numbered 19 looking up toward six teammates peering over the wooden boards of a bench. The print is signed and dated in the plate in the lower right corner John Newby 1988. A secondary gold-toned signature is present on the white mat board below the image. The print is presented in a double mat and a gold-toned metal frame with mitered corners. Dimensions: approx. H 8.25 in x W 10.25 in (frame, only inches shown on tape). Condition: The print and matting appear to be in good condition with no visible foxing, staining, or fading. The metal frame shows minor surface scuffing and wear consistent with age and handling.
