A lot comprising two vintage National Hockey League bobblehead figurines featuring players from the Colorado Avalanche. The first figurine depicts Hall of Fame goaltender Patrick Roy in a butterfly pose wearing a maroon home jersey. This item was manufactured for the Headliners XL 1998 Premier Collection and distributed by Irwin. The figure is mounted on a white base featuring the name ROY in recessed lettering. It is contained in the original window-box packaging, which includes a yellow corner label indicating a limited edition of 15,000. The back of the box features a Certificate of Authenticity and a series roster. The second figurine depicts Hall of Fame center Joe Sakic in a standing pose with a hockey stick, wearing a white away jersey with the captain's C. This item is from the Play Makers by Upper Deck 2001/2002 NHL Edition series. The figure is mounted on a circular blue and white base with the printed name JOE SAKIC. It is housed in the original blister pack, which includes an Upper Deck trading card behind the figure. The back of the packaging includes a series checklist identifying Sakic as figure number 5. Dimensions (measured in inches from a visible tape measure): Patrick Roy box height approx. 9 inches Joe Sakic packaging height approx. 10.5 inches. Condition: Both items are in their original retail packaging. The Patrick Roy box shows signs of shelf wear including corner blunting, edge scuffing, and minor creasing to the cardboard. The Joe Sakic blister pack exhibits light shelf wear with minor corner curling on the cardboard backing. The figurines appear to be in good condition within their respective packaging.
