The State of Texas requires us to collect sales tax on all taxable items. If you are a reseller OF THE ITEMS YOU ARE BUYING, or you are an organization that is designated as tax-exempt, you MUST provide us the required documentation PRIOR to auction close. (See links to forms in the Auction Title block above.) Any sales tax charged after auction closes WILL NOT be refunded, and you will need to file a refund request with the State Comptroller's Office.
