Late Payment / Late Pick Up

All invoices must be paid in full by the last day of load out, Thursday, August 19th, 2026 at 6 PM, MST. All items remaining at the Auction Yard after the end of the final day of Auction Load Out will be charged a $10.00 per day, DAILY STORAGE FEE beginning the next day. Purchaser must make prior arrangements with Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC. if an item will NOT be removed in the time specified. All items left over 15 days, Paid for or not, will be considered abandoned and become the property of Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC.
