Shipping at Buyer’s Risk All shipments are made at the buyer’s risk. This includes the possibility of items being lost, delayed, damaged, or rejected by customs. Once an item is shipped, 2GuysOnlineAuctions.ca is not liable for its condition or delivery. 2. Buyer’s Responsibilities • Tracking: Buyer is responsible for monitoring the shipment using the provided tracking number. • Claims/Investigations: Buyer must contact the carrier directly for any lost or delayed packages. • Customs/Duties: All customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. • Returns: If an item is returned or rejected, buyer may request reshipping at their own expense. 3. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes The buyer agrees not to file any credit card chargeback or payment dispute for reasons related to: • Non-delivery or delay • Lost or damaged item • Customs hold, fees, or return to sender All shipping risks and issues are the buyer’s responsibility once tracking is provided.
