These companies ship us the product. We check test (if needed), photograph, and list these items for sale via Auction, eBay, Amazon, and other platforms. We then handle the marketing, sale, and shipping of these items. Most items sell for pennies on the retail dollar. There is no minimum and there are no reserves. Their loss is your gain.
