Several knives feature wood, composite, or ivory-tone handles with riveted construction, and original boxes for a Trident Dreizack Solingen cook’s knife and a Wenger Swiss kitchen knife are included. Makers’ marks visible include Trident Dreizack Solingen, Kochmesser, Wenger, and a honing steel marked “Made in Germany.” The collection appears to date from the mid to late 20th century and is crafted from stainless steel, carbon steel, wood, and synthetic handle materials.
