If you require shipping for your items, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected]. We never assume a non-local address needs shipping. LOCAL PICK UP Our address is 1301 E 12th St., Kansas City, MO 64106. Parking and entrance are located at the back of the building. 1. Pick up is by appointment only. If you're a winning bidder, in your paid invoice email you'll find a link to our SignUp Genius, please use that to make your appointment. 2. YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! 3. When you arrive for your pickup please come inside to pick up your items. Our main entrance and parking is at the rear of our building. Our driveway goes all the way through to the street so you can pull right up to the double glass doors. 3a. If you've bought furniture or oversized items please bring help to move them. You and your assistant(s) will come into the building to move the item(s) to your vehicle. 3b. Please bring your own boxes/packing materials, we have none onhand. SHIPPING WE HAVE NO IN-HOUSE PACKING OR SHIPPING. We work with a local UPS franchise for packing and shipping. It's not necessary to contact UPS beforehand. Just confirm with us via email that you need shipping, and we will release items to UPS. They will contact you directly to discuss shipping options and costs, and then you will pay them directly. Please keep in mind that it's much cheaper and more efficient for UPS to ship to a physical address rather than a PO box. If you want packing and shipping estimates you can contact them BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES: 816-249-1020 extension 9 or email: [email protected] FOR SHIPPING LARGER ITEMS AND FURNITURE, we suggest contacting a freight company like Craters & Freighters, U Ship, or similar. You are responsible for making arrangements to have the furniture/oversize items removed from our office within a week of auction closing.
