Howard Kuh 20th Century American Modernist painter and lithographer. Original abstract cityscape painting on canvas, signed in the lower right corner by the artist. Wriiten on the back City Manhattan #5. The composition features geometric interpretations of skyscrapers in a palette of muted reds, browns, and grays. The artwork measures 36 x 21 inches. Condition issues include visible wear, paint chips, and notable frame damage, including a missing left side of the frame. The canvas also has an area with surface loss on the reverse.
