1940 Family Photo Album, USS America & U.S., Plus

Family's original photograph collection documenting a 1940 trip from New York to the West Indies aboard the S.S. America (then one year old), with destinations including San Juan, Casa Blanca, St. Thomas, and Havana. The album also contains later photos from journeys through Gettysburg, Harrisburg, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Mauch Chunk, Florida, and additional sites. Included are approximately 4.5 x 3-inch black-and-white snapshots on album pages, with the album now separated.
