All NYS Buyers looking to purchase a semi-automatic rifle require an amendment to their pistol permit to take possession of the rifle. If you are from out of NYS, we will ship the rifle to an FFL of your choice ** EXAMPLE: Wyoming County Pistol permit holders can go to Wyoming County clerks office during normal business hours and have their permits amended to add "Semi-Auto Rifle" to it, cost:$10.00 * Call your Specific County to see if you need an appointment to do this. * If you DO NOT have a NYS Pistol permit currently, then you will need to file for a Pistol/ Semi-Auto Rifle permit through your county, * If you purchase a semi-auto rifle without this permit, we will hold the firearm on your behalf or can ship it to an FFL of your choice while your paperwork is being processed.
