Tite-Top Dutch Oven Lid Bail Handle 1920 Pat Pot Exterior & Bottom: Shows heavy carbon buildup, surface rust, and residue/scuffing along the outer sidewalls and base. The bottom markings are partially obscured by carbon buildup but remain legible. Pot Interior: Intact with no visible cracks or chips, but displays dry mineral/salt buildup, fading seasoning, and light surface flash rust. Needs a full strip and re-seasoning before cooking use. Lid (Top & Underside): The top lid surface has dark patina and minor rust around the handle and lip edges. The underside lid embossing ("PATENTED FEB. 10. 1920", Griswold logo, and pattern #2551) is crisp and well-preserved with minor surface oxidation. Hardware: The wire bail handle is fully attached, intact, and pivots freely, with light surface rust throughout.
