This is a 1950's toy from Galveston Texas and is a Snow Globe and water is about 1/2 full, still has snow. But overall in good shape. Has a Dolphin figure on top. This is 4.5" tall x 4" diameter. NO Major chips, cracks or breaks and approximate value is $25
