Step-by-Step Pickup Instructions: 1. Arrive at the Location: Drive to 3625 Ninth Line, Mississauga. 2. Park Your Vehicle & Stay Inside Car: Do not enter the self-storage building. 3. Text 647-916-1730 4. Provide Your Details: Give your Bidcard# (top left corner of your invoice) OR the last 4 digits of your invoice number & your car color/number plate. 5. Show Your ID: Have a valid photo ID ready while picking up the items. Pickup Hours (Pickup is only allowed after full payment is completed online.) Important Payment Note: No payments accepted on site. Please complete your payment online before arriving. Late Pickup Policy: A $10 late pickup fee will apply if items are not collected on the scheduled date. You must book an appointment to pick up. We will not be able to pick your items if you show up with no appointment. Please do not sign up for more than one open slot, as this will take away the opportunity for other bidders to pick up and will create confusion during pick up. To ensure that you have your items ready, and to reduce wait times, please book your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your pickup time. All items are sold on-site, and buyers are responsible for their removal in a professional manner. Specific removal terms may apply to on-site auctions. You must bring all necessary tools, equipment, and labor for the disconnection and removal of purchased items. We cannot help loading your vehicle, please bring extra people with you if you need help loading your vehicle. Pick up of the items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Our onsite security personnel are not involved in removal activities. Please plan accordingly and come prepared. If you are unable to arrange for item pickup, please refrain from bidding. All items are sold in their current condition, and any faults are acknowledged. In the event of item abandonment, your credit card will be charged for the item's purchase price, as well as the costs associated with removal, transportation, and disposal. If you are not able to pick up your items, you will have to send us an email to [email protected] to authorize the person picking up on your behalf. We will not release products to anyone other than the name on the invoice, and the authorized person. Request needs to be sent within 24 hours after the auction ends. If items are not picked up on the following Saturday after the auction closes, the invoice will be considered as abandoned. No refund will be issued for any abandoned order. By accepting our terms and conditions we have the right to request photo id and credit card.
