Local pickup is on Monday, Aug 17th ONLY from 11am to 5pm at residence located in the Mrytle Grove area. Address will be provided after closed of the auction. Items not picked up or shipping requested will be forfeited. Only exception to pick up are the vehicles and boat which are required to be picked up by Friday, June 19th unless prior arrangements made through auction company. Pick up must be arranged and scheduled with auction company to transfer title. We thank yon in advance for patience during pick up as there is one driveway access. Be prepared to wait. You must bring your own boxes and packing materials as we do not provide that for you. Buyers purchasing large or heavy items, MUST bring appropriate vehicles and sufficient help to load as staff will not be able to assist with loading items into vehicles or trailers.
