5,000-coin quarter, antique 30+ yrs, fully functional, verified legally saleable in MT. Manufacture date on metal tag is 7/90 so this machine is over 25 years old and is considered an antique machine which can be privately owned and sold in the state of Monana per MCA 23-5-153 (online link https://mca.legmt.gov/bills/mca/title_0230/chapter_0050/part_0010/section_0530/0230-0050-0010-0530.html ).
