Item: Cake Stand, bent into a banana dish (9") Color: Crystal Pattern: Pleat Band Description: The NGGA Price History is completely wrong on this item. There are only 3 known examples of this item and this is likely THE item photographed in the NGGA Blue Book pg. 67 (A), but we cannot concretely prove this as certainty. One is held in a private collection that has been passed down in a glassworkers family, one sold in 2024 at an NGGA auction for over $1,300. This item is part of an old established collector's collection. 2010 NGGA Price History Value: $450 Designation: Rare Greentown, EAPG, Early American Pattern Glass, Please note that we are selling glass. Glass, that is in some instances, almost 125 years old. As such, pieces may show some wear such as chiggers, fleabites, annealing lines that may or may not have traveled, crazing, rough patches and/or small chips.
