Produced in Japan during the late 1970s through the 1980s, the Model 700 is recognized for its excellent craftsmanship, strong action, and dependable performance. This item features attractive walnut furniture with fine checkering, a beautifully scroll engraved receiver, vent rib barrels, and a single selective trigger. The lighter 20-gauge chambering makes it an excellent option for upland hunting, sporting clays, or collectors seeking a quality Japanese-made shotgun. Condition Very good overall condition. The walnut stock and forend retain an attractive finish with light handling marks and a few minor hunting dings consistent with normal use. The blued barrels remain clean with strong finish retention, and the engraved receiver is crisp with only light edge wear. The action appears tight and well maintained.
