This is a plush toy representing a character from Disney's "Mickey's Christmas Carol." The toy is made of soft, plush material, primarily in shades of blue and tan, with black ears and a black nose. It features embroidered eyes and a small, pale silver bow on its head. The tag indicates it is a "Product of Walt Disney Productions" and was made in Korea, with "Polyester Stuffing." The character is depicted in a blue dress or tunic, consistent with one of the costumes worn by Minnie Mouse in the holiday special.
