Rare antique Dietz Standard No. 39 Vulcan railroad lantern made in New York, USA. Constructed of metal with a glass globe, it measures approximately 10 ins. tall, 15-1/2 ins. with the handle raised, with a 6-in. diameter base. Markings are visible onthe top and glass. Condition includes a hairline crack. Visible wear and patina consistent with age and use.
