Antique blown three-mold glass inkwell in dark green olive amber, also known as black glass. Likely dates from 1820-1840, featuring a diamond hobnail geometric pattern on the body. Measures 3x2 ins. No visible maker marks. A small chip is visible near the base. Examples of similar design are often attributed to New England glassworks.
