Very Dark Blue Coloring. ( Matches Lot # 170) Solid with no structural concerns. Light surface & use wear & minor discoloration's to the finish from use. There is wear to the fabric around the seams with losses around the bottom back edges of the cushions near the crack where the back and bottom cushions meet. Light scuffs etc. Unmarked though the owner says it is Natuzzi and a matching Ottoman (sold separately) is marked with a registry number and tag for Natuzzi. Overall size: 39" Deep X 35" tall X 87" across LOCATED ON THE 2nd FLOOR RIGHT BESIDE THE FRONT DOOR - BRING MUSCLE. There was a dog present in the home and there is a bit of dog hair present on some items which should easily clean away.
