An early 20th-century mesh purse, likely American or German manufacture, in the Art Nouveau style. The purse features a kiss-lock frame with repousse decoration of flowers and scrolling foliage. The body is constructed of fine metal mesh links, terminating in five teardrop-shaped dangles. The frame measures approximately 3.25 inches wide.
