Background checks for buyers under age 21 will be delayed up to 10 business days. Non-Idaho residents may pick up rifles or shotguns in person but will be required to pass a NICS background check; this includes buyers who hold non-Idaho concealed weapon permits. Handguns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state. Buyers are responsible to know the regulations regarding the legality of gun purchases for their state and provide us with the FFL Dealer to ship to.
