Welcome to BidWave Inc.! Before engaging in our auctions, please thoroughly review the following terms and conditions. These terms, subject to periodic modifications or amendments, form a binding agreement between Bidwave Inc. ("Bidwave Inc.," "we," "us," etc.) and you ("you," "bidder," "purchaser"). We're your premier online auction platform offering a diverse range of products spanning electronics, household essentials, health & beauty products, home and kitchen appliances, tools, and much more! Our inventory comprises both sealed and open-box items sourced primarily from customer returns, overstock shelf pulls, and unclaimed packages from renowned online retailers. *** Age Restriction *** BidWave Inc. strictly prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from participating in our auctions. Bidders must be at least 18 years old or older to place bids or make purchases through our platform. By engaging in our auctions, you certify that you meet this age requirement. BidWave Inc. reserves the right to refuse bids or cancel transactions if we determine that the bidder is under the age of 18. *** Information Accuracy*** Ensuring accurate information regarding your credit card is crucial. The billing address provided must match the billing address associated with your payment method for successful transactions. *** Bidding *** All bids placed through Bidwave Inc. are considered final and cannot be reversed. We urge you to exercise due diligence to ensure your intention to bid on a product before placing a bid. Please be aware that bidding by mistake or error does not fall under our Return and Refund Policy. *** Invoices *** Invoices will be generated within 24 hours following the auction's conclusion. Each invoice will detail the quantity and description of items purchased, along with a comprehensive breakdown of payment. This breakdown will include the total extended price, buyer premium, handling fee, tax, and the overall invoice total. All invoices issued by Bidwave Inc. will feature a 15% buyer's premium, a $1 CAD per Lot handling fee and a 13% sales tax. *** Payment *** We accept Credit cards and Debit cards, Payment must be made at the time of the pick up. We accept Tap/Chip method. Incase of Cash, exact change must be brought in. *** Item Forfeiture*** For customers who have not completed payment, purchased items will be reserved for (3) days. Failure to remit payment within this timeframe grants Bidwave Inc. the right to restock the items won in your bid. If customers encounter special circumstances and require item pick-up after FIVE (5) days, they must submit a formal notice to Bidwave Inc. In such cases, a storage fee of $25 CAD per day will be applied.
