Framed "Lake View I" serigraph in color by contemporary artist Alex Pauker, created in 2002. This vibrant Mediterranean landscape depicts a picturesque hillside village overlooking a tranquil blue bay with sailboats, flowering gardens, and dramatic mountain vistas, showcasing Pauker's distinctive use of rich color and luminous coastal scenery. According to the included Fine Art Sales, Inc. Certificate of Authenticity (Registration No. 123974), the artwork measures 12" x 16¼", is signed and numbered in pencil, and this example is a Printer's Proof (PP 5/45). The certificate notes an edition consisting of 350 regular numbered proofs, 65 European artist's proofs, 65 artist's proofs, 65 hors commerce proofs, and 3 bon à tirer proof impressions.
