Vintage Gibson EB-0 four-string electric bass guitar featuring the iconic SG-style double-cut mahogany body with a rich walnut/brown finish, rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays, Gibson headstock logo, chrome hardware, and the original-style large neck-position humbucking pickup that helped define the warm, deep low-end tone of the EB series. Controls include master volume, master tone, and the original-style four-position baritone (choke) switch, a hallmark feature found on late-1960s and early-1970s EB-0 models that offers multiple tonal voicings. The instrument retains its vintage bridge cover, pickguard, and open-gear tuning machines. Cosmetic wear is present throughout from age and use, including scratches, scuffs, finish wear, and small dings as shown in the photographs, consistent with a well-played vintage instrument. The electronics and playability have not been tested, and buyers should review all photographs carefully to evaluate originality, condition, and included components. A desirable American-made vintage Gibson bass that appeals to collectors, recording musicians, and fans of classic rock, blues, and vintage Gibson instruments.
