French Bulldog Needlepoint Footstool

Updated August 7, 2026

Charming vintage footstool featuring a needlepoint-style upholstered top depicting a standing French Bulldog against a blue woven background with the woven artist signature "Picken". The upholstered cushion is mounted on a sturdy wooden base with elegant Queen Anne-style cabriole legs finished in a dark stain, making it equally suitable as a footrest, decorative accent, or collectible dog lover's piece. The stool measures approximately 15.5 inches long x 10.5 inches wide x 7.5 inches tall. It remains sturdy and displays well, with light wear to the wooden frame and minor age-related wear to the upholstery consistent with normal use. A distinctive decorative furnishing that combines classic craftsmanship with whimsical canine artwork.
