Framed limited edition print titled Cove Cottages by British artist Andrew Warden (b. 1949), known for his tranquil countryside and coastal landscapes featuring cottages illuminated in warm evening light. The artwork is pencil titled, hand signed by the artist, and numbered 20/500 in the lower margin. Included are the original Park West Gallery Certificate of Authenticity and accompanying documentation identifying the work as registration no. 95276, dated March 31, 2000, with an original gallery value of $595. Warden's detailed landscapes have been represented by Park West Gallery and are recognized for their peaceful atmosphere and rich use of color. Professionally matted with a blue mat and housed in a quality oak-finished wood frame, this ready-to-display piece measures approximately 27 inches wide x 22 inches tall overall. The print and frame present well with light age-appropriate wear consistent with display.
