Hand-signed and numbered color serigraph on woven paper titled "Peaceful Valley" by artist Alex Perez, created in 2002. This tranquil landscape depicts a winding country road bordered by colorful flowering gardens, mature trees, and distant rolling hills beneath a bright sky. The print is hand-signed in pencil and numbered 175/350. Included are the original Certificate of Authenticity and Park West Gallery appraisal dated July 1, 2003, identifying the work as a limited edition serigraph measuring 12½" x 17½" with an appraised replacement value of $460. Professionally matted and framed under glass in an attractive metallic frame measuring approximately 26.5" wide x 21" tall, with hanging wire installed and ready for display.
