Bidders are required to bring their own labor, tools, and equipment to dismantle, move, and load any furniture or large items purchased. Staff assistance is extremely limited, and any help requested begins at a minimum $10 fee, depending on the complexity of the task. Thank you for planning accordingly to ensure a smooth pickup experience. All local winning bidders will be required to inspect their items at pickup and sign their invoice upon verification. Your items and invoice will be placed on the pickup table prior to your arrival. Once you have confirmed all items in your lots are present and in the condition you understood them to be, please sign and return the invoice at check-in. By signing the invoice, you acknowledge that all items in your lot have been received.
