An 1806-JF Colombia Gold 1 Escudo graded VF25 (Very Fine 25) is a highly desirable historical treasure from the final decades of Spanish colonial rule in South America. "Struck in what was to become Colombia, this escudo depicts King Charles IV of Spain," utilizing the "P" mintmark for the Popayán Mint alongside the "JF" assayer initials. In a VF25 grade, the coin exhibits moderate, even wear on its highest design elements but retains completely clear inscriptions and full structural details.
