You MUST send us an email to confirm shipping. We do not provide shipping quotes before or after payment. Shipping costs are determined only after your items are packaged. We will only package if you let us know that you want shipping. Shipping charges will be billed to the card on file. No refunds will be issued if you refuse to pay for shipping. We use the most cost-effective shipping method available. Shipping Timeline: Most items ship within 1–4 business days after shipping is confirmed. Storage Fee: If your items are too large to ship or you fail to request shipping within 3 days, a storage fee of $10/day per item will apply. To ensure the security of your winning’s, we require a copy of your Driver's License, as noted at the bottom of your invoice. This step is essential to verify that the person receiving the items matches the payment information used online, protecting both you and our auction process from potential fraud. You may take a picture of your ID and attach it to this email. For your privacy, you are welcome to cover any sensitive details, leaving only your name and photo visible. Once we receive the required verification, we will carefully gather your items and arrange for shipping. You will receive an invoice receipt along with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to get your items to you, You will then be sent a receipt for shipping that will also entail your tracking information for your products. We will charge your card on file. Once the payment goes through, we will gather your items and combine as many as we can and get it shipped out to You. We are quick to get your items to you. We try to have your items shipped out The Next day, and the day after as long as you let us know within the 3 day period. The sooner you let us know you need shipping, the sooner we ship your items. We will use the cheapest shipping method possible to ship your items. If the shipping cost is higher than expected you will not be refunded for your purchase if you choose to not pay for shipping. Items not picked up by Saturday at 2:30 PM and not claimed for shipping will be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of. No refunds will be issued. Shipping Damage: Discount Depot is not responsible for shipping damage. If insurance is added, the buyer is responsible for filing any damage claims directly with the carrier. All items that are not picked up by Saturday at 2:30 and/or you have not let us know within 3 days you need shipping or Delivery, your items will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal
