IMPORTANT Please place your invoice # in the message box of the e-transfer payment screen. EXAMPLE MESSAGE: Jane Doe Invoice 12345 PAYMENT: There will be 4 options for payment available 1. E-Transfer (preferred) to [email protected] 2. Credit Card in person 3. Debit in person 4. Cash: Exact Amount Only (we do not carry change on site) UPDATED PICKUP POLICY & AUTOMATIC PAYMENT NOTICE Pickup Window: All items must be picked up within 14 days. If you need more time, please email us within the first 7 days to arrange an extension. If we do not hear from you within that timeframe, your items will be considered abandoned and will be relisted in a future auction to cover storage costs. Automatic Payments: Invoices must be paid before the next auction begins. If an invoice remains unpaid, the card on file will be automatically charged before the following auction starts. For example, if you have an unpaid invoice from Auction 1, your card will be charged before Auction 2 opens. Additional fees may apply. The pickup policy above still applies to all paid items.
